The wedding remix

To start my blog, I thought I'd update on some past events. Probably the most significant of the summer was our wedding (aka the vow renewal ceremony).

Since we had originally got married in Hawaii in 2005 with just the two of us, we thought it'd be nice to have a gathering to recognize the wedding with our friends and family. We picked a pretty day in June, and it went tremendously.

We were lucky that Lee and Detelina were gracious enough to let us use their house/yard in Vienna to have the ceremony. They have a pretty sweet yard (certainly larger than our postage-stamp). With the addition of a few tents, some tables/chairs, and a great caterer -- walah -- we have a vow renewal.
